What is the Home Builders Association(HBA)?

The Home Builders Association Hilton Head (HBA) is a 490-member trade association whose membership is comprised of homebuilders, subcontractors, suppliers and others that are involved in the housing industry. The Association is part of the 800 affiliated state and local association across the country that comprise the National Association of Home Builders, Washington, DC. Members are categorized as either a "Builder" or "Associate". "Builder" members of the Association must be licensed by the State of South Carolina. "Associate" members" are those individuals and businesses who provide products and services to the building industry.
