Yes, almost all new homes in this area have an architect or designer involved. If you have an existing set of plans for a home they will need to be reviewed and modified to meet the local building codes, ARB requirements and lot conditions. Most all plantations will require that homes be designed by an approved architect or designer and they will generally require landscaping plans as well.
