Bluffton Branch of County Building Dept. Relocated

As of June 1, 2010 the Bluffton Branch of the Beaufort County Building Department will be relocated to Beaufort, due to a decline in construction activity and the Town of Bluffton starting their own inspection department. In order to meet the needs of builders requiring inspections and building department services in Southern Beaufort County, the county building department will be setting up a number of arrangements to help facilitate business without requiring builders to travel to Beaufort. Please see the attached letter outlining changes.
