Direct & monitor the progress of a variety of projects. Oversee the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of construction, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codes. Maintain safe, clean and compliant job sites Understand contracts, plans, construction methods & building regulations. Schedule and manage completion of the project on time. The Design Consultant is responsible for:

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
•One (1) year of interior design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company and prior retail sales experience preferred
•Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus
•Knowledge in the home improvement is a plus
•Excellent customer service skills
•Proficient in basic mathematical skills
•Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

JOB TITLE: Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under supervision of the Sales Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for selling new ProSource Memberships, servicing Member Accounts, and assuring profitability of each assigned Account.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Marketing generates prospects from an assigned marketing territory. • Review territory assignments from Sales Manager. • Review and analyze the current personal Membership mix and projected additions. • With the Sales Manager, develop an overall plan and timeframe for generating prospects. • Make Showroom invitation calls to qualify prospective Members. Sell Memberships to personal prospects and walk-in prospects. • Use personal prospect list to evaluate assigned prospects and determine if they are already Members. • Contact prospects to set up Showroom visits and establish good mutual communications, demonstrating interest and willingness to answer questions. • Use key-questions to qualify walk-in visitors and establish good mutual communications. • Conduct Showroom visits for Member prospects and walk- in visitors • Present ProSource concept presentation. • Conduct seated presentation, stressing benefits of Membership. • Follow with Showroom tour. • End tour where seated presentation was given. Product and Operations Responsibility • Complete the On Boarding online and review with Sales Manager. • With Sales Manager, review progress toward training program completion. • Maintain awareness of best practices as part of ongoing discussions with Sales Manager. • Encourage new Members to activate Memberships by making their first purchases. • Encourage new Members to visit the Showroom. • When the Member first arrives for a Showroom visit, establish their special status by providing sign-in opportunity on paper, in Palm, Membership verification, and visitor assistance. • Demonstrate sincere professional interest in the new Member by inquiring and identifying which ProSource resources are valuable to them. • Ask probing, open-ended questions to clarify interests, match ProSource resources to Member needs, and respond to questions and objections. • Take orders and confirm product arrival and delivery details. • Thank the Member for coming in and invite them back. • Follow-up with new Member by mailing and or email thank-you cards with a personal message and signature. Assist in Showroom promotions and events. • Review upcoming promotions and events with Sales Manager. • Offer ideas, comments, and critiques for upcoming activities and recent activities. • Confirm role expectations for upcoming promotions and events with Sales Manager. • Note and record specific dates and timeframe for each promotion and/or special event. • With the Sales Manager and other Account Managers, coordinate decisions regarding prospects and Members to contact about upcoming promotions and events. • Actively participate in the implementation of the promotion and/or event. • Review prospect, Membership and sales activity results for each promotional event. • Offer feedback for improving and modifying future promotions and events. Follow up on orders. • Explain to Members and their Clients that they will be notified by telephone or email when the ordered material arrives. • Call Members to notify when orders have arrived and are ready for pick up. • Respond to inquiries from Members or their Clients concerning orders that have not yet arrived. • Notify Members and their Clients if order delivery will be delayed from originally promised date. • After order pickup, contact Members and their Clients to confirm that the products and order details met expectations. Showroom Maintenance Assist in maintaining Showroom cleanliness and organization of samples. • Replace samples removed from displays during Showroom visits, and assist other Showroom personnel in returning sample materials to displays as time permits, • As requested by the Sales Manager, work with Showroom personnel to re-set the Showroom and displays. • Maintain Showroom neatness and cleanliness by removing unnecessary or discarded materials, packaging, or papers.
